Customers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right to return products and ask for a refund or exchange. To obtain a free return slip, please contact our customer support. The items must be returned no later than 30 days from the date of notifying STRAUM Watches about their decision to return the items.
All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in an unused condition with a completed returns form. The original purchase price of the goods will be refunded to the customer once Straum receives the goods.
In the case of exchanges, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received by Straum. Damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items sent by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be resold), and no refund or exchange will be given.
We cannot accept returns beyond the stated time frame and will return them to you.
If you would like to arrange an international return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before arranging to return the item. Please retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. Straum is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Returns usually take 5 to 15 working days to reach Straum and processed within 5 working days of the date of receipt.
If you have not received your refund within 20 days of returning your order, please send proof of postage to email@example.com and a member of the team will look into it for you. Please note that we will be unable to assist you if you have not retained proof of postage.
